I am so grateful for the English curriculum and the solid teaching at The Rock Academy. It prepared me well. At Stanford, one of my required freshman courses is called PWR, a rhetoric and writing class. My first assignment in this class was a Rhetorical Analysis Essay based on a text of my choosing that revolves around the topic of community. I want to thank you for preparing me so well for college. I also want to encourage you to keep doing what you’re doing! Even when students complain about writing essays or reading, I know it’s in their best to thug it out and improve.
