2. Visit

3. Apply
Submit an application and upload the required documents. Apply
Note: If financial assistance is needed, please apply at the same time as your admissions application.
4. Student Assessment (K–9)
Students applying for grades K–8 complete a brief academic assessment.
5. Family Interview
A conversation with a principal or administrator that allows your family to learn more about the school while giving the school an opportunity to get to know your family. Attendance by both parents and the student is preferred.
6. Optional Student Visit Day (7-12)
Students spend a day at Rock Academy to check out the student culture. Join real classes, walk the campus with student hosts, meet the teachers/coaches and enjoy a free lunch. Student Visit
7. Admission Decision
Admission decisions will be delivered via the portal. Any financial assistance is communicated separately.
8. Enroll
Once accepted, complete enrollment forms and submit the tuition deposit to officially reserve your child’s spot at Rock Academy. Newly enrolled students will receive a swag box in celebration.
Admissions Criteria
Admission to Rock Academy is based on academic, behavioral, spiritual, and financial criteria that aligns with the school’s mission and values. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
Spiritual Commitment
Parents and guardians are expected to support the school’s Christian values, philosophy, and curriculum, and to sign the Parent/Guardian Agreement as a demonstration of partnership with Rock Academy.
Academic Standards
- Grades 1-8: Report cards that reflect grade-level or above performance in all core subjects.
- Grades 9-12: Applicants have a cumulative and current GPA of 2.3 (C+) or higher in academic courses.
- Entrance Assessments: Entrance test and standard achievement scores are average or above-average, showing readiness for the grade level.
- Final report cards must show a consistent effort with no drop in academic or behavioral performance.
Behavioral Standards
- Students and parents are in good standing with their current or previous schools and in the community.
- Report cards and evaluations show positive behavioral and citizenship marks.
- High school applicants who have previously faced challenges such as substance use, behavioral issues, or disciplinary concerns must demonstrate a sustained period of growth, restoration, and readiness before applying.
Financial Responsibilities
- All financial obligations to Rock Academy must be kept current.
Note: If a student’s report card, transcript, test scores or other information provided on the application show that the applicant will not meet the TRA admissions criteria at this time, the admissions process is stopped. Out of respect for the applicant, an Admissions Officer will notify the parents that the process has been stopped. Applicants are welcome to re-apply when criteria are met.
