Welcome to 2010-11 Rock Academy Warrior Athletics!

The foundation of any Christian School must be the Word of God. The desire of The Rock Academy Athletics is to produce positive Christian men and women who honor the Lord… on and off the field. At The Rock Academy, we believe that athletics play an integral role in the mental, physical, and spiritual development of young adults. Athletics teach critical life lessons and skills, such as discipline, cooperation and team-work, time management, dedication, morality, compliance with rules, and proper work ethics.

Thus, we encourage all our students to participate in school athletics, from intramural sports to varsity competition in one of the most highly-competitive regions in the country – the San Diego Section. We also encourage our students to participate in multiple sports, rather than focusing on only one activity.

Character is shaped through athletic competition that will carry over into all other areas of life. It is our desire that every athlete, coach, parent and spectator enjoys the total experience of athletics at The Rock Academy. Our ultimate goal is that the world will see Christ in us as we compete.
