A born-and-raised San Diego girl, Natalie grew up in a Christian home where her father, mother and brother supported her. She attended Christian schools and graduated from San Diego Christian College, as well as Azusa Pacific University. The Lord lead Natalie to The Rock Church in 2010, where she immediately found Impact 195, and joined the very first class of 2011. Over the past six years, The Lord has completely transformed her life and has now opened an incredible door for her to serve, teach and use her passion for counseling and education for His glory, at the very place she found her way back home!

Natalie comes to the Rock Academy after working in the Poway Unified School District, as a school counselor for both middle and high school students. Natalie has an extensive background in health and wellness and strongly feels that this contributes to teaching and the education of students. Her passion is to equip students and give them the tools to have a healthy mindset and live a balanced life for optimal health and well-being. Natalie’s heart is to counsel and teach to the whole child. To instill in adolescents the importance of living a healthy lifestyle which includes: physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, spiritually as well as occupationally.

When Natalie is not in the classroom, you can absolutely find her at the beach! Although she loves to travel, she is a true San Diego girl, at heart. A few of her favorite things include: sushi with her friends, mornings when she gets to sleep in, her super comfy sweatshirt collection, rainy days and good books, coffee on her morning commute, beach cruising in her favorite city, good tunes on the radio during a road trip.

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28
