Kevin McClintock was born a 4th generation San Diegan where he enjoys the surf, sun, and outdoors. He met the Lord at the age of 5, while attending Horizon Christian Academy. Post high school, he went on to Mesa Community College where his faith matured with his leadership role in the Intervarsity campus ministry. Kevin attended San Diego State University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary studies in history, geography, and education. While attending SDSU, he became heavily involved in the Christian Fraternity, Alpha Gamma Omega, where he would serve in multiple leadership roles, including President. He attributes much of his growth as a Christian to this organization and time period. He has gone on continue his education in the pursuit of a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education at Grand Canyon University and is currently finishing this program.

This year marks his first year of teaching, and he couldn’t be more excited to step into this role and be part of the “Warrior” family. Although this is his first year teaching, Kevin previously worked at Horizon Christian Academy working with their seasonal camp and after school program, from 2010-2017, filling in many different positions which eventually led to being an After School Program Director. Aside from teaching, he currently serves on the National Council of Alpha Gamma Omega as the Southern District Counselor and oversees and manages the chapters at UCLA, USC, CSULB, and SDSU. He hopes to use these leadership experiences to disciple and equip the future generations of Christian leaders in and outside of the classroom.
