New Immunization Requirement!!

Current 6th Grade Immunization Updates

To help protect your children and others from whooping cough, a new California law now requires students to be vaccinated against whooping cough.

For the 2012-13 school year, all students entering 7th grade will need proof of an adolescent whooping cough booster shot (Tdap) within 30 days of the new year. If you would like to waive this immunization there is a form in the school office that you must fill out. Previous exemption forms are NOT sufficient and a new one must be completed by the child's guardian.

*Proof of immunization must be brought into the school office by September 14th, 2012 or your child will not be permitted to attend school.
