Parents play the critical role in the lives of the Rock Academy students by becoming valued participants in the life of the school. Parental volunteerism and support of the Rock Academy fosters students' continued healthy development and enhances the Academy's efforts to meet the distinct needs of each child.
Listed below is a volunteer idea sheet of the most recent needs at the Academy. Feel free to call the Academy office if you would like to get more information on any of these areas of need!

Rock Academy Activities Committee
Mission of the group: The RAAC seeks to provide school-parent partnerships, foster community, and facilitate activities that promote school spirit, belonging and help raise funds.
2011-2012 Major RAAC events:Jog-a-thon fundraiser on November 30th
Golf Tournament fundraiser on March 24th
Teacher appreciation week in May 2012
We encourage you to join with other fellow parents to combine our strengths and help with activities at the Rock Academy! It's a great way to feel more involved in the school and get your P.I.P. hours checked off! The RAAC committee meets in the Community Room (near the sanctuary) every other Thursday.
