Wilhelmina Dulaca

Wilhelmina earned her Bachelors in Religious Education at Ebenezer Bible College and Seminary in the Philippines. She continued her studies in Church Music, with emphasis in voice at Asian Institute for Liturgy & Music in Manila, Philippines. Currently she is enrolled at Mesa College taking teaching and child development courses.

Wilhelmina was born into a Christian family. At a young age she learned about the Bible and Jesus Christ, and she even taught kids in Sunday school. Upon graduation from high school, she enrolled in Bible College to fulfill her desire to serve God. While there, she realized something was missing in her life that created great anxiety.

Then, during her senior year in the Bible School, she experienced a personal encounter with Christ that eased her heart. God used the passage from Colossians 2:6-7 “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” Following this most important decision in her life, she promised to make Christ her Lord and to serve Him all the days of her life.

Upon graduation from Bible College, she married her college sweetheart, Roland Don Sia Dulaca. Together they served three different churches. Roland and Wilhelmina are blessed with two beautiful children, Jeremias and Sarah Faye. “As for me and my house we will serve the Lord.”

In 1999 they answered God’s call to serve at Grace Alliance Church in Chula Vista, California. She presently serves in the Christian Education Children’s Department as worship leader, and as the director of the children’s choir.

Wilhelmina believes that God has given her a heart for children. Prior to joining the staff at The Rock Academy, she taught pre-school at Grace Chapel in Mira Mesa, California. Her interaction with children is God’s answer to her personal desire to work in a ministry that gives her the freedom to share Christ’s love especially with kids.
