Preschool Teacher
B.A. in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in art; Multiple Subject Teaching Credential
Tiffany was born in Denver, Colorado, and was reared in a small town in Connecticut. She lived in a Christian home with two loving parents, a brother and a sister. She accepted the Lord as her personal savior when she was six years old, but did not make Christianity her own until she was 16. At that age she moved to Colorado and did not have any close friends for a long period of time. This was life-changing for her because she realized Jesus Christ was her best friend and built a relationship with Him that was deep and meaningful. After that realization, He blessed her with many friends.

She graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a B.A. in Liberal Studies. Then she worked on a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential to teach in elementary school. The Lord blessed her with an opportunity to teach in Africa for a period of time. It was a great opportunity for her to teach Pre-K and Kindergarteners from all over the world at the American International School of Libreville, Gabon. She had fallen in love with Africa and, the Lord willing, hopes to do work for God’s Kingdom in Africa for as long as she lives. Tiffany cannot be in Africa at this time, but the Lord is showing her many African refugees here in San Diego. She is excited to take part in their lives by serving them. Africa is one of her passions, but some of her others passions are working with the homeless, rock climbing, backpacking, kayaking, music, poetry, and photography. When she is enjoying any of these, she feels she can see a piece of God on a different level.

Tiffany is involved with a church in leading outdoor outreach events with young adults. Prayer groups and Bible studies have been a big part of her life as well. Being a leader at her church has been a joy because it has helped her feel connected with the body of Christ. It has challenged her to see how she can serve in bigger and better ways for God’s Kingdom.
Now glory be to God! By his mighty power at work within us, he is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope.
