Hilary Holbrook

Hilary is an instructional aide with the PILLARS program and very excited to be part of the Rock Academy team! She has her degree in Learning Disabilities from Hope College and is certified to teach K-6 general education and K-12 special education. Hilary had many great opportunities to teach while still in college, including two semesters of student teaching in a 4th grade and then in a pre-K - 5th grade resource room. After college, she spent a year teaching in Mexico at Gabriel House, an orphanage for children with severe disabilities, and is now in the process of getting her credential transferred to the state of California.

Hilary has an awesome family that established a solid foundation for her as she was growing up - she has always had a relationship with Jesus and really took ownership of it in high school. Since then there have definitely been bumps along the way but each experience has brought her closer to Him and given her the opportunity to truly live out her faith.
