Gail Andujo
Administrative Team
Gail does not remember a time in her life when she did not hear and think about the Lord because of the godly example lived out through the lives of her parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles. When she was 8 years old, a guest speaker came to one of the churches in her small town and gave an invitation to be baptized. Gail made a beeline for the altar. By the time she entered junior high, she had made a permanent covenant between herself and the Lord to obey and serve Him all of her life.
When Gail was a Junior in high school, she saw the heartbreak that dating caused many of her friends, so she vowed never to date again until the person that the Lord intended her to wed had asked for her hand in marriage. While she was attending Texas Tech University, she began to correspond via letters and phone calls with a pastor from Kansas. They began to pray and fast, asking for the Lord’s guidance. Soon after, Richard asked for her hand in marriage. God was faithful and brought to her the love of her life. They married in the summer of 1986 and now have five beautiful children.
Gail never really left the field of education, tutoring college students in math. She worked at a local Christian school as an assistant to the principal until the Lord directed her back to her home where she began home-schooling her three oldest children. When The Rock Academy opened its doors, she knew that this was the place the Lord had called her family. She loves serving the teachers and parents in the day-to-day operations of the school, but most of all she loves to see the work of the Holy Spirit moving on the campus in the lives of the students.
