After School Program

Before School Program begins at 7:00 AM. Students may be dropped-off as early as 7:00 AM for school at no cost. Please do not drop your student off prior to 7:00, as there will be no one available to supervise prior to 7:00 AM.

After School Program runs from 2:30 - 6:00 PM. The cost of this program is $2.00 (one coupon) per half-hour, per student. School is dismissed at 2:30 PM. All students not picked-up by 2:45 PM will automatically be placed in the After School Program. There is no need to call ahead to request this service. Students placed in the program owe one coupon each ($2.00 per coupon) for pick-up anytime between 2:30 - 3:00. Another coupon ($2.00) will be due for each student picked-up anytime between 3:01 - 3:30 and another coupon for 3:31 - 4:00, etc. All students must be picked-up no later than 6:00 PM.

Coupon Payments

Payments are made through coupons only. Coupon books may be purchased in advance in the school office or directly from the After School Program attendant. Coupons will be held by the family and must be redeemed daily upon pick-up. Please insure the person picking up the student has a coupon book or money to purchase one upon arrival. No running account will be kept. Coupon books are available in the following denominations and may be purchased using cash (no change available) or check (a $25 returned check fee will apply to all returned checks):

• $10.00 = 5 coupons
• $20.00 = 10 coupons
• $50.00 = 25 coupons

After 6:00 PM pickup

Rate after 6:00 PM is $2.00 (1 coupon) per minute. This fee is payable upon pick-up.

Snack

We provide a small snack after school for your student at 4:30 PM.

Homework

All After School Program students must complete their homework before being allowed to engage in other activities. (An After School Program coordinator will be available to offer assistance as needed with homework to students, however, it is the parent's responsible to check their child's work for completion at home each night.)

Dress Code

Students must remain in Rock Academy campus wear while at any Rock Academy function.

Holiday Care

We currently do not offer holiday or professional development day care.
