What is Continuous Enrollment?
The Rock Academy is pleased to offer continuous enrollment from the time a student is enrolled through 12th grade graduation. A Continuous Enrollment Contract means that a student is automatically re‐enrolled for the subsequent school year, and will be charged the annual registration fee, unless the parent informs the school otherwise.
How do I know what tuition I will be paying each year?
Tuition rates are posted online in January. Families will additionally be notified of new rates during designated opt-out timeframe.
What if we plan not to return?
You may complete a Withdrawal Form and submit via email to the Academy Business Office before the deadline February 1st. The non-reimbursable registration fee for the following school year will be charged to your account in February. Business Office contact is email@example.com
What if we need to withdraw after the “opt-out” deadline?
Your registration fee is non-refundable, however, you may still opt out by May 31st to not be charged any tuition or insurance. For withdrawal after May 31st, you will be subject to the terms in the Continuous Enrollment Contract and any updates in the Parent Student Handbook.
What if I don’t receive needed Tuition Assistance?
Families receiving tuition assistance may assume the same percentage tuition assistance from year to year if their circumstances do not change. Should assistance awarded be less and you can no longer afford tuition, withdrawal after the first February deadline will be allowed and registration fees refunded as long as the family has completed their requirements before April 30th each year. Requirements include an annually submitted FACTS Grant & Aid application and all supporting documents.
Is Pillars under the Continuous Enrollment Contract?
If your child is a current Pillars student then yes, Pillars will be considered reenrolled with the same option to withdraw before May 31st. There is no separate enrollment fee for Pillars. Withdrawal from Pillars does require signatures from the appropriate Pillars Director to indicate the program was optional for enrollment. In some cases enrollment is contingent on continuing in Pillars classes and therefore would not be accepted for withdrawal.
