To coach the assigned sports team with a Christ-centered philosophy offering superior leadership reflecting strong skill building and safety in a structured, positive environment. Assume responsibility for all phases of the sport assigned. This includes pre-season preparation and post-season duties. Coach is responsible for fulfilling duties as assigned by the Athletic Director, directing athletic team, preparing athletes both mentally and physically for athletic contests, applying discipline in a firm and consistent manner, and demanding ethical behavior and exemplary sportsmanship in athletes.
